Relationship Issues? Let Us Help!

Talking things out is perhaps the best start to resolving couple and family problems. Our mental health counselors have 30 years worth of experience—so depend on us for insightful counseling based on your needs. At GEC Psychological Consultants, we work with you and give you the chance to join others who are experiencing similar difficulties.

Support Groups

Hear stories from people who understand your situation by joining one of our support groups. Support groups help you realize that you are not alone, even when life seems overwhelming. We help you find resolutions and teach you the skills you need to deal with future problems, process information, and extract elements to minimize negative components of the situation. Our experts also teach you to respect other people, evaluate your environment, and recognize your own strengths, weaknesses, and needs.

Men's Group

Our men's group is a weekly confidential forum for men of all ages to meet and discuss issues that impact men in today's society. This group is unique in that it is run for and by men, and provides emotional support that men often have not received from their fathers and do not know how to provide for their sons. A bimonthly Men's Fellowship is also held, so ask us for details. Issues we discuss include:

• Loss of Job & Income
• Low Self-Esteem due to Inability to Support
  Families
• Physical & Mental Disability
• Substance Abuse
• Domestic Violence
• Homelessness
• Marital & Relationship Problems
• Parenting & Child Support Issues
